Document processing
Supported myPDF document operations run locally within the user's browser. Document contents used for those operations are not uploaded to or stored by myPDF servers.
Demonstration requests
When you request a demonstration, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, work email, organization, number of users, deployment preference and message. We also receive limited technical request context supplied by our network and your browser, including your IP address, approximate country, region and city, timezone, network information and user agent. We use this information to respond to your request, understand its context and protect the form from abuse.
Service providers
Form submissions are delivered using a transactional email provider. We share only the information needed to deliver and respond to your request. We do not sell personal information submitted through this website.
Retention
Business enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain relevant business records and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information associated with your enquiry, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements.
